Framework
Good execution begins at the handover.
Scope, ownership and standards need to travel with the work.
Transfer the context, not only the files
A proposal rarely captures every reason behind a decision. Delivery teams need to understand the customer’s priorities, the commitments made and the assumptions still open to challenge.
Agree what good looks like
Quality becomes easier to discuss when expectations are specific. Agree the scope, review points and acceptance criteria early enough for the team to act on them—not simply discover them at the end.
Keep a route for decisions
When a requirement changes, the team needs a clear route to assess its commercial and delivery implications. Coordination works best when decisions have an owner and their consequences remain visible.
